The free tools are provided for you to use for personal and business work. Use them lawfully, and don't use them to harm others or to attack, overload or scrape the service. The API has daily limits; please stay within them.
The tools are provided "as is". We work to make results correct, but we can't guarantee they are error-free or suited to your purpose. Check important results (for example prices, margins or conversions) before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using the tools.
What you enter stays on your device (see the privacy page). You keep all rights to it. We don't claim any license to it.
We may change, limit or remove tools and free-tier limits at any time, and the service may be unavailable from time to time.
Pro is a one-time payment, processed by Stripe, that unlocks the Pro features in every Toolyard tool on the device where you unlock it. It is not a subscription and there is no account. "Lifetime" means for as long as Toolyard operates those features. Features may change or improve over time.
Keep your restore link (shown after payment). It is how you restore Pro on another device or after clearing your browser data.
Pro is low-priced and delivered instantly, so we don't offer routine refunds. If something is broken, you were charged by mistake, or the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, contact us and we will make it right.
We link to other products and may say when a link is an affiliate link. We aren't responsible for third-party services.
